The sewing machine is still at my parent’s house, so last night I went home and sewed the pieces of Giselle together. I ironed it and tried it on – it’s much too big and doesn’t fit through the chest and waist, so I’ll be taking it up this weekend. Also need to put the zipper in, and hem the whole thing, obviously.
I brought it home and stuck it on my dressform – in between it got kinda wrinkled again, I can’t wait to have everything in one place again!
Anyway, I found that white chiffon in a bin while unpacking last night and draped it around to see if it would work – not crazy about it, I know I have more somewhere else, if I can find it I’ll see if that will work. I need to get a ribbon, and find flowers for the wig.
